You can try this. Right click anywhere on an existing toolbar and select
Customize from the pop-up menu. When the Customize form shows place a check
next to the Short-cut list item and a new window will appear that you can
drag and drop menu items onto. I'm sure you'll be able to figure out how to
customize the different menus.
