Add / Remove Program Problem

have been using a standard Package and Deployment method for some time now
to install a suite of applications written for my site. The client suite, a
group of VB6 applications, is installed on a Windows 2003 Terminal Server.
They were previously running on a Windows 2000 Terminal Server

The strange thing is, when I installed the application suite on the 2003
Server there was no entry made in the Add/Remove Programs section of the
Control Panel. There was always an entry on the Windows 2000 Terminal
Server and the suite could be easily removed.

I now have to do a new installation, however, I don't know how to get the
previous instance off the machine. As these are client applications which
reference an RDO server, there are numerous registry entries that should
probably be cleared.

My question is; How do I uninstall an application which does not exist in
the Add/Remove programs section? In addition, is there something that has
to be done in the Package and Deployment Wizard that will make is
application register in the Add/Remove program section?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
