Help on 'easy' algorithm!!

Ok,

I trying to find an algorithm to do the following:

Input parameters are 2 arrays. One array is of long and can contain approx
50 items. The other is of a udt and contains around 100000 items.

The algorithm should iterate through the small array and flag items in the
big array to false if the item does not match any of the items in the small
arary.

I've got a couple of ideas but I would like input from the experts here
because I need to place this algorithm within a path-finding algorithm.

Thanks,
Ivan
