The clarification was appreciated.

[MIKE D] IOW, if you're in an office with several different kinds of PC's,
test on the "least powerful" PC's.

[COMPU-PIKACHU] I was possibly aware of this once, but what is "IOW"'s
acronymic representation: "in our world"?
