Help Authorizing Tool Needed

OS: Windows XP Pro (SP2)
Visual Basic 6,Enterprise Edition

I developed an application using VB6. I need a Help Authorizing Application
to write the Help files for this software.

I don't want to spend any money on it because I might not develop any
further applications.

Any suggestions on what I can use? I do have Blue Sky RoboHelp Software but
it's an old version and will not work on Windows XP.
