1. the entry without /3 references the whole dll, where /3 references a
specific entry point (just don't ask me which one as I've not opened the
file up to find out)
2. Take a look here;

3. .tlb file's are "Type Library" file's
Though a bit lacking in "deeper" detailed info, take a look at the
