DTS Referece Problem

Hi,

i am exporting data, access to sql server. so for that i creatd the DTS Package and save as visual basic module and then from vb i'll exuectue the package.

so for this i have added these files into reference.
1.Microsoft DTS Customer Tasks object Libary
2.Microsoft Data Formating Ibhect Library 6.0 (SP4) (i am not sure this one required)

now i made a package and install it in client machine.

everything is ok. when try to open the sql server i got this error.

Fatal error:
Execution can not continue as the language dependent source file c:\program files\project1\Resources\1033\DTSPKG.RLL Could not be loaded.

i am sure some of the supported files are missing. but i dont know what are they.

can anyone please help me.
