I've successfully installed Visual Studio Professional, but cannot install
SP5. First, I got the well known Invalid Page Fault messages. I followed
all the help docs and got past that, but now, I get 2 error messages about
Regsvr32.exe. The update seems to complete normally, despite those 2 error
messages, but when I go into the IDE, I cannot compile any of my larger
programs. I can compile simple programs that don't have ActiveX controls,
but nothing else.
Now, I'm waiting for the SP 6 CD. By any small chance, did Microsoft fix
the ACMSetup problems in that release?
Thanks in advance.
