I'm beginning to think this is not a matter of permissions. I'm logged on as administrator, and I'm making only local calls to the application. There's nothing remote going on. This is a paint program, for crying out loud. Who ever heard of an insecure paint progam?
Anyway.
I'd think if this were a permission problem, my entire ActiveX interface would fail.
