Where would one get a copy of 16-bit VB4, or VB3 now? Any ideas on where we
might be able to buy a copy?

Are you sure that would solve the problem under Win2000 without admin
rights? We have the DLL in the applications directory, which works in other
scenarios, but doesn't on Win2000 + no admin rights. I assume you would also
have to include the relevant DLL with 16-bit VB, the question is whether
that DLL would cause an error too...
