There is.
And it probably DID make all the papers.
Though no one alive today had been born yet.
GMT, now replaced by UTC.
That's why your headers have a time zone specified.
In some earier post(s) of yours, which upset some people, the combination of date, time,
and zone (offset) in your headers was -as has been documented for you- significantly
into the future:

Now I am becoming concerned again, as we find you posting and posturing as if
what we've all been able to examine, and fairly definitively, was somehow not true,
just because you now apparently choose to deny it.
Both of the above referenced posts were submitted directly to the msnews server, as
evidenced by their short Path headers. The intervening eight posts show a fairly smooth
advancement in time of at least ten minutes. And I know that my own posting clock is
synchronized daily - in addition to which I would be able to find a log entry if the
magnitude of a correction was ever greater than 90 seconds, something which has not
happened since February.
Therefore, either your posting headers *were* set more than ten hours into the _absolute_
future, or else you're calling me, Bob Butler, Randy Birch, YYZ, *and* microsoft's web-
based posting interface all liars. Is that your intent? If you've been paying any
attention at all, you might begin to realize that your chances of getting an angry pitbull
to let go of you would be dramatically higher than for me to ignore being called a liar.
Mind you, even though we all can see this:

there still does remain the possibility that some other correction was applied without
your being aware of it. I'm willing to accept that, and even willing to try to help
you figure out what that was. But I'm not willing to just drop the issue with you still
claiming that it never happened, when ample proof is plain for all to see.
