Two updates:

a) Re: IIS/MFC42.DLL issue: The KB regarding the IIS/ASP issue is in the
works. As was reported here, the solution is to grant the
IWAM_<ComputerName> user account both Read & Execute permission on the file
%WINDIR%\System32\Mfc42.dll.

b) Re: mscomctl32/listview issue: A hotfix has been prepared and tested,
and the KB article providing info and the download URL for the control will
be here provided shortly.

c) Re: datagrams issue: Still pending.
