Hello -
Yes ... I'm using Windows 2000 Professional.
After some (extensive) research I found the following article in the MS
KnowledgeBase:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;838010
The problem is a new version for SP3 of the Microsoft Forms 2.0 Library
(FM20.dll) in \system32 which handles security differently. The article
suggests to write a wrapper/container around the richtx32.ocx to resolve
the problem. Well ... I actually just replaced the FM20.dll with a
version I got from a colleague with SP1 installed. That's probably not
the best way to do it because all the new security measures won't work
but for now I can at least use my code w/o any changes to it.
Thanks,
Joe
