Hi Gary:

It's my understanding, that 1) and 2) can be addressed by third party tools.
I don't see 3) as an issue, as the framework will/is becoming part of the
OS and wiil be addressed as an update to the OS rather than the
responsibility of the software developer to distribute (imho).
