Wow,

Well, I have a lot of expirience in working in projects, and mostly:
a project costs will always overrun

But, when you plan, make a planning in weeks. That always give you more air.
Than, first plan the design phase of the project, which will take most of
the time.
Thereafter plan your developtime. Mostly about 50% of the time you needed to
design the stuff. When special wishes needs to be implemeted in the
application, you need to plan some extra time.
Than, testing! Not by you, but by a special team that can perform the
applicationtests. They will give you feedback to adapt your application.
time needed? Depends on the number of testst, plan a week or two and another
to repair your programs.
Finally a complete system test, that gives a result for go or no-go. The
last would not be best for you ...

You see, nobody can give you a real handbook. Learn about FPA's, project
development, project management etc.

But best is to rely on expirience!

Have a lot of suc6
