Yes, there is. See the following Microsoft Knowledge Base article:

FIX: ImageList Control from Mscomctl.ocx May Not Work Correctly on Windows
XP or Later

Eventually, when (or if) SP6 finally gets released, this version of the
control will be included. For now, you must contact Microsoft PSS to obtain
it. The DLL Help Database doesn't even list any MS products that ship this
version of the control, so it doesn't look you can obtain it any other way
(unless, of course, you install a non-MS product that just happens to
distribute this version).

FYI, the MS Knowledge Base should be the FIRST thing you consult, even
before posting to newsgroups.
