if you mean your public IP on the other side of your router, you have to
access an external site that can provide that info, as there is no way to
do
so from behind your DHCP address. You can try this for that:
http://vbnet.mvps.org/code/internet/getpublicip.htm

That should read no easy or reliable way :-)
