The basic problem is that if I attempt to add a reference via VS 2003,
Microsoft.DirectX does not appear in the list.
If I go into the .NET configuration, I can see all the assemblies I want
listed in the assembly cache. But they don't appear in the .NET "add
reference" dialogue box.
If I open the VS samples in the SDK, the DX references all have error
flags.
