Hi Experts,Access
Is Microsoft Jet Database Engine with all Windows (2000, XP, Vista)?
I have a softwre using Access database. Do I need the user to have MS
installed?
Thanks.
If just using the engine (no automation) then you don't need MSAccess
installed.
You may have to download and install both the MDAC and Jet packages for
Win2k and WinXP, as newer version were released during their cycles,
depending on what version your applications are using. No one can tell you,
you'll have to check.
Vista has the latest 'n greatest already installed. But that may change.
