Are you directly attaching the DLL into the mail? If yes, you might want to
compress it using ZIP first. Anyway, if you're unable to attach the file,
just send me an email and I will give you my personal email address to send
the file through. Thanks for the trouble.

By the way, have you tried the first two suggestions in my last reply? Do
you have any logs from the Process Monitor?
