RE: Unable to connect to SQL Server 2000 from VS 2005

Hi John,

If the profiler shows nothing, it means that the client is not connecting
to server at all. Are VS2003 and VS2005 on the same machine? Or different
machine? Try to turn off the windows XP file wall.
