Ah, no. Try writing it yourself. If you want someone else to write it,
then expect to be charged for it - this isn't a free development service.
Write what you can - if you have any /specific/ questions, then feel free to
ask here, but don't expect people to do your work for free, particularly if
you have made no attempt yourself to do it. If you can't even start to
write this, then perhaps you are either in the wrong business, or you need
to do some more study before you start working.
