Stored Procedure(s) update

I'm working for a company as consultant. Sometimes I need to make some
changes in some SP on their SQL Server. I do not have a remote access to
their server. Is there any way (script, utility, my own program) to update
SP without visiting this company? They are pretty far from me and I would
like to save some time by avoiding visits for a small change.
I see it this way:
I send something (file, files whatever) as an attachment. Regular user with
no experience saves that attachment and double clicks on some of the files.
Of course I test this scenario before I start to use it.
