Runtime error 713

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

I have a VB6 app that uses DAO. A while back we went from DAO 3.5 to DAO
3.6 and old, old installs that were still using Access 2 databases needed to
be converted to Access 97. On a couple of recent upgrades to users who have
XP Pro and appear to have a newer version of Access, one has Access 2003,
another I am waiting to hear, the are getting an error 713 class not
registered when they go to any screen that has a data control. It then goes
to a "Looking for object with a CLSID..." message.

Any ideas what the issue is and what I need to do to resolve it?
Steve
