Is this a typo? Did you mean 20th June, and 20th July? Or is this how it
is written in your code?

thank u very much for u r reply & helping me to solve the problem.

i tried my best in using delimiters and format() function.but again the same
problem. u take any month always there is a problem between 3rd and 9th
date.it won't select the record when i am entering the date in between these
two date.

eg-3rd july 2006. it should display cancer because it comes between 20th
june 2006 and 20th june 2006.

but the same error comes that eof or bof is true or current record is
deleted. this means it is not considering the date between 3rd to 9th. u
just
try and see.
