Had a quick look at this website, there appears to be no indication that the
author/admin allows external manipulation of the db......unless you have
personal access. To connect to an external database would normally require
the following info:-

IP address of server (and server name if not default)
Name of database
User credentials that allow access

You may need to provide some additional information for a better
consideration of your request/problem.
