    Hi,

Sorry, but I probably marked your post as I read it and did not see until
last reply. I have checked MDAC 2.8 installation and it suppose to update
ADOX as well. What is the version of msadox15.dll file on your PC after MDAC
    2.8 installation?
About 2 business days support: it will be from Microsoft, if you send them
question directly. I am here just another guy from outside of Microsoft, who
is trying to help all of you for free when I have some spare time. If you do
not see reply in a couple of days, then best way is to post same topic again
with the REPOST prefix in a subject. Like in my case I occasionally marked
post and I did not see it. In a case of repost someone or me could pick it
    up
