Round to the Nearest Ten

Hi,

Does anyone know how to always round UP to the nearest ten?

i.e., I need 21 to become 30, 46 to become 50.

I am using Crystal 8 and I can't seem to get it to do what I want. I
figured out how to round to the nearest ten. but I always need it to
round UP.
