How to deploy

Here is the problem. I have a VB .Net application which is launching a
report (.rpt) that was created using CR v10. The application will then
export the the report. Only I am having trouble using merge modules to
install the application. Every time I go to run the application I get an
error stating the I either have an invalid key or that it can not find the
keycodev2.dll. However, I do have a keycodev2.dll.
So does anyone know how to use the merge modules with an vb .Net application
that can execute external (not part of the project) reports (.rpt).
