I found a solution for this particular issue.
There's an Outlook add-on that can handle this. I worked with the add-on
developer whose name is Sergey for a few days before he can provide the
solution for CrystalReports .Export() method. We found that CrystalReport
uses simple MAPI, which can be handled by this add-on.

I agree. I used to use Outlook until MS put a security patch in that
caused that verification message to appear. The only workaround at
that time was the file output and SMTP.
