VS 2005 and CR deployment problem??

I'm trying to deploy a very simple application with 1 form to show 1 report
using CR10 on VS 2005 beta2.
I've got this sample codes from the c:\program files\Microsoft Visual Studio
8\crystal reports\samples\en\code\winformsample.zip
When I create a setup project, it produce a setup.msi properly but when I
run the application on the deployment machine I get the following error
"The type initializer for
'CrystalDesicion.CrystalReports.Engine.ReportDocument' threw an exception."
The application can run on the development machine without problem.
Anybody testing the deployment can help??? Is there any files missing?? Or
it's a bug on the beta version???? Hope they have got it fixed on the
release version.
