Setting the DETAIL section height at runtime

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

Is it possible to change the detail section height at runtime. I have one
field with a maximum of 3 lines to be printed in each detail. If the the
field only has one line, I want to decrease the height of the detail section
to make the report more uniform and save paper.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
