6 Inch paper size

Hi there, I'm Using VB6 with CR9 , have some problem to find a correct
paper size to print a short receipt on a normal dot matrix printer. the
receipt
is 6 inch tall by 8 inch. in width. The width is OK, but I cannot find a
paper
size that's 6 inch?
Or how can I set CR to print and feed by 6 inch? There's
no custom paper size in the printer option?
