Easily convert Days in To Years & Months

Hi

Has anyone got an easily formula to convert the number of days to a value
with years and months??

I'm sure I read a post somewhere, actually I think I asked already in my
previous job, but unfortunately the reports still reside at my last compnay,
and I have no copy of them here in my new place.
