Hi Nancy,

The way I have it setup is that the machine that I build the program on has
the printer driver (for the printer that is causing problems) set-up for the
report.
I am going down to customer site tomorrow so I can see it first hand, and
can try a few thing out.
I will hopefully report back with a solution or some more info to help.
