Hi,
Can anyone help.
We are in the absolute *** at the moment trying to upgrade from CR
7.5 to 9.0. I copied across the reports to the CR 9 server and I
upgraded the reports and then saved them as Crystal Report 9 reports
(this was painful). The reports can now be viewed fine from the
Crystal reports 9.0 Designer. The BIG problem I'm having is I can't
'PREVIEW' the reports in the management console. I keep getting
prompted for the database login, even though I know the credentials
are correct. The Database Admin swears the TNS to the oracle database
is OK and the error he is getting in his log is something needs to be
added to the report to state it has a prefix. Does anyone know of
problems with table prefixes? My Datasource is one Packaged Stored
Procedure.
I don't know what the hell to do know.....I'm begging
anyone.....please!!!
John.
