There are many reasons for "Server has not yet been opened". If you go to
Crystal Decisions website, knowledgebase search, there is a 9 page .pdf file
just on this error message and how to troubleshoot it. When I had the
message it was because I had changed the type of odbc connection to our SQL
server from pipes to tcp/ip (on the client computer running the report).
They recommend checking your odbc setup. You may want to check out the .pdf
file on their website for the other troubleshooting tips.
