Hi Andrea,
I'm running CE9, so there might be some differences.
On the server where IIS is installed, go to 'Program Files',
'Administrative Tools', 'Internet Services Manager'. Here you should see
the default web site. Under this, there should be a folder "Crystal".
Right-click this folder and click 'properties'. Go to the 'Directory
Security' tab and click the 'edit' button for 'Anonymous access and
authentication control'. Uncheck the box for 'anonymous access' and check
the box at the bottom for 'integrated windows authentication'.
I don't know if this will solve your problem, but it should be worth a look.
