Help. duplicate entry in components controls list.

I think its because I have registered binary different version of the
same ocx because I have duplicate entry with the same folder and the
same name f ile.

Does exist a tool to fix that ?

and sometimes I got trouble when I load a project using an ocx, I got
the error: cannot load control ... in the folder c:\project\ ... but
the file is really there, I think its because the file its not binary
comptatible with the file specified in the project, because I just
copying the old file and the project load correctly.
