fwiw, you can find this kind of info in the DLL Help Database.

Select 'File Only' and enter the name of the ocx in the box. It should
return all versions of that ocx and where (what service pack, etc) they come
from. It does seem like someone's "slacking off" on keeping that DB updated
though. For the most part, it's still handy.
