Need MSDATGRD.OCX, no VBP to wrap with

I recently came onboard a new company. There is a VB application that
requires MSDATGRD.OCX and in my reading all posts suggest to use the
deployment wizard to create a setup package. The problem is that I do
not have the VB project to point the wizard to.

All I have is the compiled VB project EXE file.

Any thoughts?
