Hello John,
For the '501 Not Supported' error of WebDAV PUT request, please check
if the server has been installed with IIS Lockdown and URLScan. If
so, you'd remove PUT from [DenyVerbs] section in URLScan.ini .

Also please refer to the following article to check if the
DisableWebDAV property has been set to 1 in registry. If it is,
please change it back to 0 and restart IIS to test again.
