I have write the following command in visual studion visual basic 2005.
shell("diskpart")
The above command will set the 2nd partition of my hard disk to active.
But I found that it require admin rights to run, is there anyway to change
the program so that even normal users can run . Or is there any other way
to set a partition to active using visual basic ?
In addition to Ken's remarks, it is possible to do this if you use
Enterprise Services, and install the VB.NET assembly as a COM+ object that
has administrator privileges.
