Ana,

As far as I know, no such dll exists. I've seen one open source
project, but I don't think it even supported EAN 13 (and most likely,
you would not be allowed to distribute it commercially).
If you'd be interested in an _inexpensive_ alternative, we offer
BarCodeWiz ActiveX Component, which works great with EAN 13 barcodes.
