Editing a view

I have an excel *** with 20 columns belongs to sales and marketing team.
I've created two different views one for sales with 10 columns and one for
marketing with another 10 columns.

The problem is that WSS shows all the columns when a sales member decides to
edit the ***. I want to hide the columns for marketing otherwise it would
defeat the purpose of having different views.
