Modify the properties of an existing document ::Nonexistent file or folder, or refer to a valid file Options

Hi All,
i am trying to modify the properties of an existing document.
then i am getting the below error message:
The URL 'March/Cyb_Prepayment of
Tuition_MLTIDTPE_1809298_3-20-2008.txt' is invalid. It may refer to
a
nonexistent file or folder, or refer to a valid file or folder that
is
not in the current Web.
To resolve this error i have done so much of R & D but no luck so
can
any body help me please.
while doing R & D i got this URL but still i am unable to resolve
the
