event ID 7023

Running WSS 3.0 on SBS 2003 Premium.

In my System log, I'm getting Event ID 7023, Source: Service Control
Manager, Description: "The Windows SharePoint Services Search service
terminated with the following error: Cannot create a file when that file
already exists." I get it about once/day.

I dug into Technet and EventID.net, but found no solution. Any ideas?
