When I try to connect to my WSS 3.0 database (Server\Microsoft##SSEE)
using my Management Studio Express or SQL 2005 I get errors saying
that it is unable to connect to the database. The WebApp works just
fine but I cannot connect the DB to perform maintenance on it. I need
to move this site to a new farm and I am unable to do so until I can
properly login. Thanks in adavance

Error: Cannot Connect to Server\MICROSOFT##SSEE.

An error occured while establishing a connection to the server. When
connecting to SQL Server 2005, this failure may be caused by the fact
that under the default settings, SQL Server does not allow remote
connections.

I am doing this locally from the server. I have tried doing it as
Myself and the domain admin account (Both domain admin permissions).
The service for the SQL 2005 Express db (Microsoft##SSEE) is running
as a network service.
