\viewkind4\uc1\pard\f0\fs20 Hi John,
\par
\par Thank you for your response.
\par
\par No, you don't need to install this hotfix on all client computers.
\par
\par It is found that this issue could occur on the computer that Office 2007 coexists with Office 2003 components or earlier version of Office programs. If any client computer has more than one version of Office components installed, you need to install this hotfix.
\par
\par If this crash issue also occurs on computers that have only one version of Office components installed, please let me know and I will help you to further troubleshoot this issue.
\par
\par I look forward to your response.
\par
\par Sincerely,
\par
