permission problems with flash slideshow 1.2

I have installed a webpart http://www.flexnetconsult.co.uk/WebParts/FlashSlideShow.htm that displays a picture library as a flash slideshow.
It requires changing permissions on server from minimal trust to medium trust which was done.
Web part works when logged on as admin of the site but I would like anonymous uses to view slideshow.
Any ideas on permissions that need to be changed for this to happen.
